Thaddaeus Ropac Seoul Gallery, an art venue with a 40-year history
Established in 1983, Thaddeus Ropac is one of the most influential galleries in the world, having opened its doors to five European cities. Thaddaeus Ropac Gallery came to Seoul in October 2021 in the Fort Hill building in Hannam-dong, a town full of diversity and dynamic energy. The gallery has undergone renovation led by designer Teo Yang. The spatial design philosophy focuses on creating a sense of freeness and neutrality, and is harmonized with Eastern Edition Furniture to embrace the history and values of Korea’s heritage. At the gallery, 40 years of history and stories dwell, and various layers of artistry exist.
